How to Mark Net Plot Margins

Steps

Search and select Mark Margins:
- Navigate to Guided Marking => Plot => Mark Margins

Compute Netplot:
- Click on compute netplot to automatically create NetPlot polyline after deducting the various deductions like Road Widening, Nala Widening etc from Plot polyline.
- Once NetPlot polyline is computed, the NetPlot Margin Marking form is displayed

Mark Margins
- Click on the "Mark" button against the FRONT location.
- Use the "Draw Boundaries" or "Select Segments" options to define the net plot margins.
- Using "Draw Boundaries" option:
- Draw a boundary covering all the front segments of the NetPlot polyline.
- Close the boundary polyline. A margin polyline is created joining all the front segments.
- A pop up window appears. Click on Yes to accept the created margin.
- Click on No to redraw the margin location.
- Using "Select Segments" option:
- Select all the FRONT segments and press enter.
- A pop up window appears. Click on Yes to accept the created margin.
- Click on No to redraw the margin location.
- Repeat the same steps for REAR, SIDE1, and SIDE2 locations of the net plot.
Checkpoints
- Verify that the margins are marked accurately for each location.
- If applicable, ensure the Road Widening entity is drawn correctly to allow proper formation of the net plot.

- NetPlot polyline is computed from the

polyline after deducting entities such as__BN_RoadWidening
,__BN_NalaWidening
,__BN_LeftOverOwnersLand
, and__BN_SurrenderToAuthority
.
