Tutorial Video

Steps

  1. Search and select Mark Margins:

    1. Navigate to Guided Marking => Plot => Mark Margins
  2. Compute Netplot:

    1. Click on compute netplot to automatically create NetPlot polyline after deducting the various deductions like Road Widening, Nala Widening etc from Plot polyline.
    2. Once NetPlot polyline is computed, the NetPlot Margin Marking form is displayed
  3. Mark Margins

    1. Click on the "Mark" button against the FRONT location.
    2. Use the "Draw Boundaries" or "Select Segments" options to define the net plot margins.
    3. Using "Draw Boundaries" option:
      1. Draw a boundary covering all the front segments of the NetPlot polyline.
      2. Close the boundary polyline. A margin polyline is created joining all the front segments.
      3. A pop up window appears. Click on Yes to accept the created margin.
      4. Click on No to redraw the margin location.
    4. Using "Select Segments" option:
      1. Select all the FRONT segments and press enter.
      2. A pop up window appears. Click on Yes to accept the created margin.
      3. Click on No to redraw the margin location.
    5. Repeat the same steps for REAR, SIDE1, and SIDE2 locations of the net plot.

Checkpoints

  1. Verify that the margins are marked accurately for each location.
  2. If applicable, ensure the Road Widening entity is drawn correctly to allow proper formation of the net plot.

Drawing Conventions

  • NetPlot polyline is computed from the __BN_Plot polyline after deducting entities such as __BN_RoadWidening, __BN_NalaWidening, __BN_LeftOverOwnersLand, and __BN_SurrenderToAuthority.
